Who we are and how we think about partnerships.

Elevixio is a specialised B2B connector between international recruitment agencies and companies that hire foreign workforce in Romania and across the EU. We do not replace the agency or the employer – instead, we design and maintain the business bridge between them.

Our role is to structure communication, align expectations on volume, timelines and candidate profiles, and make sure projects stay transparent and long-term. Agencies focus on sourcing and processing candidates, while companies benefit from predictable flows of people and one accountable point of contact.
